全麻唤醒定位切除脑功能区病变手术前后的护理

摘要 目的分析并探讨全麻唤醒定位切除脑功能区病变手术前后的护理效果。方法对许昌市人民医院自2008年12月至2010年12月期间的50例脑功能区病变患者实施全麻下唤醒手术,并对这些患者进行细心的手术前后护理。结果通过耐心细致的护理工作,本组在治疗与护理过程中护理人员与患者的配合良好47例,仅有3例患者由于焦虑过度而不得不推迟手术。结论护理过程需要全面收集患者的心理信息,努力建立和谐的护患关系,详细耐心给患者介绍该术式的特点,说明该术式的优越性以及必要性,将患者在术中可能产生的恐惧心理减小到最低程度。耐心细致的护理工作,对加快患者的康复具有重要的意义。
