马尾连乙醇提取物消炎作用的研究

Study of the Function of Ethanol Extract From Thalictrum Foliolosum DC. on Anti-inflammatory Effect

目的研究马尾连乙醇提取物精制工艺,并观察乙醇提物的消炎作用。方法采用醇提水沉等方法精制马尾连乙醇提取物,并通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀试验探讨其消炎作用。结果实验组小鼠耳肿胀面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论马尾连乙醇提取物精制工艺简便可行,且乙醇提取物对小鼠耳肿胀有治疗作用。所以应对马尾连乙醇提取物做进一步的基础研究,为其药理作用提供更深入的理论依据。

Objective To study the ethanol extract of cauda equina with ref ined technology,and to observe the anti-in？ ammatory effect of alcohol extract.Methods Alcohol and other methods of water purif ication sink with ethanol extract of horsetail,and ear swelling in mice caused by dimethylbenzene test of its anti-in？ ammatory effect.Results The mouse ear swelling of the area is less than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The ethanol extract of cauda equina with ref ining process is simple and feasible,and the ethanol extract of mouse ear edema treatment.So even the ethanol extract of horsetail should be the basis for further research,provide more depth to its pharmacological effects the theoretical basis.
