甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎

Theraping the Patients with Subacute Thyroiditis in Topical Intrathyroid Injection of Dexamethasone

目的观察甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的有效性和安全性。方法 30例亚急性甲状腺炎患者随机分为两组,A组予地塞米松注射液(5mg/mL,2次/周)甲状腺内注射,B组口服强的松(30mg/d),治疗2周、4周、8周比较其临床结果。结果 8周时A组治愈率为93%,B组治愈率为100%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.25)。A组疗程为(4.7±2.1)周,B组疗程为(8.5±1.9)周,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床症状改善快,疗程短,安全有效。

Objective To inwestigate the efficacy andsafety of topical intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone in the patients with subacute thyroiditis.Methods Thirthty patients with subacute thyroiditis were divided randomly into two groups. 15 patients （group A） were treated with topical intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone（5mg/mL,twice perweek）,15 patients（group B） were treated with prednisone 30mg/d orally.clinical outcomes of two group are compared after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results Curative rate of group A and group B after 8 weeks were 93% and 100% respectively and there were no significant difference（P0.25）.Duraion of therapy were （4.7±2.1）weeks in group A and （8.5±1.9）weeks in group B respectively and there were significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusions Topical injection of dexamethasone in patients with subacute thyroiditis improves the symptoms rapidly and shorten the course of disease, so it is highly effective and safe.
