摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸与糖尿病及其并发症的关系。方法对正常人群组、单纯糖尿病组、糖尿病合并视网膜病变组、糖尿病肾病组、糖尿病冠心病组的患者同型半胱氨酸的值进行测定,观察各组之间同型半胱氨酸水平是否有差异,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果单纯糖尿病组患者及糖尿病合并各种并发症患者组的同型半胱氨酸水平高于正常人群组,P<0.05。其中以糖尿病合并冠心病患者组的同型半胱氨酸水平最高,与单纯糖尿病组相比,P<0.05。结论同型半胱氨酸与糖尿病和糖尿病并发症有较为密切的关系,同型半胱氨酸水平的较高可能是糖尿病并发症发展的危险因素。
