摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素联合奥硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎60例临床疗效。方法共120例患者纳入观察。以随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组予甲硝唑治疗,观察组予阿奇霉素联合奥硝唑治疗。7d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果观察组治愈47例,好转11例,无效2例,总有效率96.7%;对照组治愈31例,好转15,无效14例,P=0.0043,P<0.01,提示观察组疗效优于对照组。结论阿奇霉素联合奥硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎,具有针对性强,抗菌谱广,疗效确切等特点,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the effect of azithromycin and ornidazole on 60 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 120 patients were included in observation. A random number table, randomly divided into two groups and the control group 60 cases. Control group to metronidazole, the observation group to the ornidazole azithromycin treatment. 7 days for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Results In the observation group, the cure in 47 cases, improvement in 11 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 96.7%; in the control group, cured 31 cases, improved in 15, ineffective in 14 cases, P= 0.0043, P0.01, prompt observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion Azithromycin and ornidazole for the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,is targeted,broad spectrum antibiotic,effective and so worthy of clinical use.
