摘要
目的分析米索前列醇在人工流产术中的使用效果。方法对本组384例患者分成治疗组和观察组进行治疗,治疗组手术前口服米索前列醇,对照组进行常规的人工流产术。结果治疗组比对照组的宫颈松弛度好、出血量小、手术时间短。结论人工流产术前口服米索前列醇能有效扩张宫,值得在临床上广泛的推广和应用。
Objective To analyse the alcohol in the misoprostol during the abortion of the use effect. Methods The 384 patients were divided into treatment group and the observation group treatment, the treatment group before surgery oral misoprostol, control of the conventional alcohol induced abortion art. Results Treatment group than in the control group of cervical relaxation degree good, small amount of blood loss, operation time is short. Conclusion Abortion preoperative oral misoprostol could effectively expansion, worth in clinical palace wide range of application.
