B-Lynch缝扎术结合子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入并产后出血(附14例)

The Application of B-Lynch Suture Combined with Uterine Artery Embolization for Placenta Accreta Complicated by Postpartum Hemorrhage (a report of 14cases)

目的探讨B-Lynch缝扎术结合子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入并产后出血疗效和安全性。方法用B-Lynch缝扎术结合子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入并产后出血14例。结果 14例患者均一次止血成功,13例痊愈出院,1例术后5d因感染行子宫切除术。住院时间7～27d。术后1～7d仅有少许血性恶露,子宫按期复旧,随访42d,未再出现异常出血。结论 B-Lynch缝扎术结合子宫动脉栓塞术在治疗胎盘植入并产后出血是一种安全、疗效优良的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of B-Lynch suture combined with uterine artery embolization for placenta accreta complicated by postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 14 cases of placenta accreta complicated by postpartum hemorrhage were given the treatment of B-Lynch suture combined with uterine artery embolization. Results All patients were successfully stanched bleeding, 13 patients were cured and discharged, 1 case received hysterectomy 5 days later due to infection.Length of stay was 7-27 days.There was a few bloody lochia sustaining 1-7 days after operation.Uterine involution was schedule. There was no case occurred bleeding again in the follow-up 42 days. Conclusion B-Lynch suture combined with uterine artery embolization in the treatment of placenta accreta complicated by postpartum hemorrhage is a safe and effective method.
