小儿术后镇痛的规范化管理

摘要小儿术后疼痛经历将影响患儿今后情感、认知能力的发育和成长,如何安全有效缓解患儿术后疼痛并最大限度提高镇痛舒适度是麻醉医师必须解决的课题。本文就小儿术后镇痛的规范化管理做简单综述。
