体外动态力学刺激对SD幼鼠前脂肪细胞形态及肿瘤坏死因子表达释放影响的研究

Effect of Dynamic Mechanical Stimulation in vitro on Expression of TNF-α SD Rat and Morphology of Preadipocytes

目的探讨动态力学刺激对SD幼鼠前脂肪细胞形态及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)表达释放影响的研究,为推拿按摩治疗青少年单纯性肥胖的现代医学细胞生物学机制提供理论与实验依据。方法体外培养SD幼鼠前脂肪细胞,从细胞生物力学角度,模拟推拿治疗的按摩作用方式,对细胞实施动态力学刺激,观察动态力学刺激对前脂肪细胞形态及TNF-α表达释放的影响。结果体外动态力学刺激未对前脂肪细胞的细胞形态产生明显影响,但抑制了前脂肪细胞TNF-α的释放表达(P<0.01)。结论推拿按摩治疗青少年单纯性肥胖可能通过抑制前脂肪细胞TNF-α的释放表达,降低脂肪细胞源性细胞因子的病理作用而实现。

Objective To study the effect of dynamic mechanical stimulation in vitro on the expression of TNF-α and morphology of SD preadipocytes.Methods Healthy SD pre-obese fat cells were cultured and treated with rat.Dynamic mechanical stimulation in different frequencies in vitro,TNF-α release and the morphology of pre-obese fat cells were observed.Results Dynamic mechanical stimulation in vitro didn＇t affect the morphology of pre-fat cells obviously,but it inhibited TNF-α release.Conclusion Massage therapy can treat simple obesity in abolescents by inhibiting the release of TNF-α.
