地鳖纤溶蛋白含药血清对人肝癌和乳腺癌抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究地鳖纤溶蛋白(EFP)及含药血清对人肝癌HepG-2和人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法制备EFP,并制备不同浓度EFP小鼠含药血清;采用MTT法分别将EFP和EFP含药血清加入HepG-2和MCF-7细胞悬液中,分别检测增殖抑制效果。结果 EFP直接用药各组均对HepG-2无抑制作用,而EFP含药血清各组对HepG-2细胞均有明显抑制细胞增殖作用;EFP组和EFP含药血清组均能不同程度的抑制MCF-7细胞增殖。结论 EFP有较强的体外抗肿瘤活性;血清药理学方法更能真实的反映药物作用。 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of protein of Eupolyphaga and medicated serum on HepG-2 and MCF-7 cell line.Methods Protein of Eupolyphaga was prepared.After taking protein of Eupolyphaga,mouse serum was prepared.Both of them were added into HepG-2 and MCF-7 cell line respectively to examine the inhibitory activity proliferation by the MTT assay.Results To the HepG-2 cell,protein of Eupolyphaga had no anti-proliferation activity,while medicated on serum had obvious anti-proliferation activity.To the MCF-7 cell,both protein of Eupolyphaga and medicated serum could inhibit cell multiplication,and its medicated serum was the most remarkable.Conclusion The serum pharmacology can reflect pharmacological action actually.The protein of Eupolyphaga has an obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG-2 and MCF-7 cell.
