摘要
目的分析5个不同产地的吴茱萸、蜜楝中粗纤维、粗脂肪和多糖的含量。方法采用重量法、分光光度法对不同产地吴茱萸、蜜楝的营养成分测定。结果蜜楝中粗纤维、粗脂肪和多糖含量均高于吴茱萸,分别为15.59%、12.90%和1.34%;不同产地吴茱萸、蜜楝中矿质元素含量无显著差异,5种矿质元素中,Ca的含量最高,Cu的含量最低。结论吴茱萸和蜜楝均具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,具有良好的开发利用前景。
Objective To analyze the crude fiber,crude fat,crude sugar in E.rutaecarpa and E.teticellata from five different regions.Methods The nutrient components in Evodia rutaecarpa from different regions were determined by gravimetric and spectrophotometric method.Results The results showed that the crude fiber,crude fat,crude sugar in E.lenticellata were more than those in Evodia rutaecarpa,which were 15.59%,12.90% and 1.34%,respectively.In different regions the mineral elements had no significant difference.In the five mineral elements,the content of Ca was more than others and the content of Cu was less than others.Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa and E.lenticellata have nutrient and medical values,which imply good commercial prospects.
