津血源颗粒对干燥综合征模型大鼠治疗作用的观察

Therapeutic Effect of Jinxueyuan Guanules on Siogren's Syndrome (SS) Model Rats

目的观察津血源颗粒对干燥综合征模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法利用免疫诱导法建立干燥综合征大鼠模型。观测干燥综合征(SS)模型鼠唾液分泌量、体重、进食量、颌下腺指数及脾和胸腺免疫器官指数变化。结果与正常组比较,津血源颗粒小剂量组、模型组及佐剂组大鼠体重增加缓慢,进食量减少,但无明显差异;津血源颗粒大、小剂量组与模型组大鼠相比唾液分泌量从造模第14天起明显增加(P<0.05),颌下腺指数、脾指数及胸腺指数极其明显减小(P<0.01)。结论津血源颗粒对SS模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Jinxueyuan Granules on the rat model of Siogren ＇s Syndrome（SS）.Methods The SS rat model was made by immunological method.46 Lewis rats were divided randomly into 5 groups（control,SS model,adjuvant,low-dosage Jinxueyuan Granules,high-dosage Jinxueyuan Granules）.The Submandibular gland（SMG）antigen of Lewis rats was purified by centrifugation.The Lewis rats of SS model and drug therapeutic groups were sensitized on multiple spots with SMG antigen in complete Freund adjuvant（CFA） and for 21 days.The volume of salivary secretion,body weight of rats,the consumption of food,and water were measured,the organ indexes including SMG,spleen and thoracic gland were calculated.Results Compared with normal group,body weight of rats and the consumption of food in low-dosage Jinxueyuan Granules,SS model and adjuvant groups were decreased but less significant for statistics.The volume of salivary secretion in Jinxueyuan Granules group was significantly increased compared with SS model from 14days after modeling（P〈0.05）,but organ indexes of SMG,spleen and thoracic gland were significantly decreased compared with SS model（P0.01）.Conclusion Jinxieyuan Granules can obviously improve the symptom of SS model rats and has therapeutic effects on SS rats.
