摘要
目的探讨导致伊贝母种子在自然环境下发芽率低的关键影响因素。方法运用去皮、高温刺激,切除胚乳,流水冲洗等物理方法或GA3,硫脲,KT等化学试剂处理种子。结果发现去皮与切除胚乳的方法均能有效提高种子发芽率,达到90.0%左右,外源激素和高温刺激效果也较大,均超过50.0%。结论贝母种子属于种皮休眠和胚休眠的双重类型,物理方法和化学试剂对其破除休眠作用明显。
Objective To investigate crucial influential factors of reducing germination rate of seeds of Fritillariae pallidiflorae Schrenk in physical environment.Methods The seeds were dealt with removal seed coat and endosperm,high temperature excitation,water douching or GA3,sulfocarbamide,KT.Results Removal of seed coat and endosperm could both raise the germination rate of seeds,which were about 90.0%,and arrived to 50.0% by exogenous hormones and high temperature excitation.Conclusion Seeds of Fritillariae pallidiflorae Schrenk maybe belong to the double category of seeds coat dormancy and embryo dormancy.Chemical stimulus and physical stimulus have obvious effects on breaking dormancy of seeds.
