电针配合醒脑开窍法对脑卒中肢体偏瘫疗效的临床研究

Effect of Electroacupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao Needling Method on Patients with Poststroke Hemiplegia

目的探讨电针结合醒脑开窍法治疗脑卒中肢体偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。观察组给以电针配合醒脑开窍法治疗;对照组给予单纯的醒脑开窍针刺法治疗;两组患者均针对原发病给予常规治疗;2周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,前2个疗程每天治疗1次,第3个疗程隔天治疗1次。治疗前后,按神经功能缺损程度评分标准对脑卒中肢体偏瘫进行评定,观察两组患者的治愈率和总有效率。结果观察组治愈率25.71%,总有效率为94.29%;对照组治愈率14.29%,总有效率为85.71%。经统计分析,观察组的治愈率和总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针配合醒脑开窍法治疗脑卒中肢体偏瘫安全有效,临床治愈率和有效率优于单纯的醒脑开窍针刺法。

Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method on patients with poststroke hemiplegia.Methods 70 patients with poststroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,35 in each.The observation group was treated by using electroacupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method,while the control group by using Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method alone.Two groups were given the same routine treatment,2 weeks being a course.Before treatment and after treatment,the function of limbs was assessed by Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit.Results The total efective rate were 94.29 in the treatment group,and 85.71 in the control group,respectively,with significant diferences between the two groups in the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method can effectively treat poststroke hemiplegia without obvious side effect.
