摘要
目的研究阿魏菇多糖对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及细胞因子的影响,初步探讨其对机体免疫功能的作用。方法建立昆明小鼠宫颈癌U14移植瘤动物模型,随机分为模型对照组,顺铂阳性对照组,阿魏菇多糖组及阿魏菇多糖+顺铂组。分别给予不同的药物干预10天后,检测抑瘤率,采用ELISA法检测阿魏菇多糖对荷瘤小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平的影响。结果阿魏菇多糖对小鼠宫颈癌U14移植瘤有抑制作用,抑瘤率达39%,并能提高荷瘤小鼠的脾指数及血清中细胞因子TNF-α和IFN-γ的水平。结论阿魏菇多糖具有体内抗肿瘤活性,其机制可能与增强机体的免疫功能有关。
Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharides from pleurotus fenclae(PFP) on the growth of cervical cancer in mice thansplanted with U14 cells and the expression of TNF-α and IFN-γ. Methods Animal tumor model was established,then the mice ramdomly divided into 4 groups: Model group,DDP group,PFP group and PFP+ DDP group.Tumor weight was measured after treatment.The expression of TNF-α and IFN-γ protein in Peripheral blood were assayed by ELISA. Results PFP could significantly inhibit the growth of U14 mice,increase the expression levels of ZL-2 and INF-γ. Conclusion PFP has a marked inhibition effect on the U14 cells and the mechanism may be related with improvement of immune function of mice.
