摘要
目的研究来自吉林省的蓝萼香茶菜化学成分。方法分别对蓝萼香茶菜根部和地上部分的醋酸乙酯提取相进行色谱分离,用波谱方法和理化性质鉴定各化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别为蓝萼甲素①、3β-乙酰氧基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸②、3β-乙酰氧基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸③、2α-羟基乌苏酸④、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12,20(30)-二烯-乌苏酸⑤、2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸⑥、正十六烷酸⑦、豆甾醇⑧、谷甾醇⑨、胡萝卜苷⑩。结论化合物2、5为首次从该属植物中得到,6、7为首次从该种植物中得到。
ObjectiveTo isolate and identify chemical constituents from Rabdosia japonica var.glaucocalyx in Jilin province. MethodsChromatographic methods were used to isolate the compounds from ethyl acetate extract of the roots and aerial parts of the plant,separately.Chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. ResultsTen compounds were identified as glaucocalyxin A ①,3β-O-acetyloleanolic acid②,3β-O-acetylursolic acid③,2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-oic acid④,2α,3β,24-trihydroxyurs-12,20(30)-dien-oic acid⑤,2α,3α,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid⑥,palmitic acid⑦,stigmasterol⑧,-sitosterol β-⑨and daucosterol⑩. ConclusionCompounds 2 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.Compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
