摘要 目的建立同时测定三白草药材中芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱方法,为中药三白草质量标准的制定提供参考。方法采用70%乙醇超声提取,以Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇-0.2%磷酸梯度洗脱0~30 min(20∶80→40∶60),30~40 min(40∶60→70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0 ml.min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为360 nm。结果芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素3种成分分离良好,线性范围依次为2.04~30.60,5.52~82.80,0.66~9.90 mg.L-1,加样回收率分别为99.7%,100.6%和100.7%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确率、重复性好,可作为三白草质量评价的方法之一。 ObjectiveTo develop an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of three flavonoid compounds,rutin,quereetin and hyperin in Saururus Chinensis(Lour) and to supply a reference for the establishment of the quality standard of Saururus Chinensis. MethodsEclipse XDB-C18 column was used with Methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid gradient elution 0~30 min(20:80→40:60),30~40 min(40:60→70:30) as the mobile phase,at the flow rate of 1 ml·min-1.360 nm was selected as the detected wavelength,25℃was selected as column temperature. ResultsThe determined three compounds were well separated with a linear range of 2.04~30.60,5.52~82.80,0.66~ 9.90 mg·L-1,respectively.The recoveries of them were 99.7%,100.6% and 100.7%,respectively. ConclusionThis method is simple,rapid and accurate,particularly suitable for the quality control of Saururus Chinensis(Lour).
