参芪麦地颗粒对糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究参芪麦地颗粒对糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法采用高脂高糖饲料结合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并分为模型对照组,参芪麦地颗粒低、中、高剂量组,同时设立正常对照、西药对照组及中药对照组。研究参芪麦地颗粒对糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清胰岛素(Ins)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等指标的影响。结果参芪麦地颗粒3个剂量组糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白降低,血清胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白升高,与模型组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪麦地颗粒对糖尿病大鼠有较好的降血糖作用,其作用可能与增加血清胰岛素水平有关。 ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Jiangtang Granula on blood glucose in diabetic rats and its mechanism. MethodsThe DM rat model was established by feeding high-energy forage combined with the injection of small-dose STZ.According to blood glucose,the rats of T2DM model were divided into model group,Jiangtang Granula low dose group,Jiangtang Granula middle dose group,Jiangtang Granula high dose group.Meanwhile,there are normal group,western medicine comparison group and Chinese herb medicine comparison group.The changes of the levels of blood glucose,hemoglobin-A1c,insulin,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein were observed to study the effect and the mechanism on reducing blood glucose of Jiangtang Granula. ResultsCompared with diabetic control group,Jiangtang Granula groups significantly decreased fasting blood glucose,hemoglobin-A1c,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein,increased insulin and high density lipoprotein. ConclusionJiangtang Granula has obvious effect of decreasing blood glucose level in diabetic rats and the mechanism may be related with increasing insulin level.
