桂龙咳喘宁片止咳化痰平喘药效学的研究

Experimental Studies on Antitussive,Expectorant and Antiasthmatic Effects of Guilong Kechuanning Tablets

目的研究桂龙咳喘宁片的止咳、化痰和平喘药效作用。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳法观察止咳作用;用小鼠酚红排泌法观察化痰作用;用喷雾致喘法观察平喘作用。结果桂龙咳喘宁片能明显延长引起半数小鼠咳嗽的氨水喷雾时间(EDT50),能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌,对组胺和氯化乙酰胆碱混合液引起的豚鼠哮喘具有抑制作用。结论桂龙咳喘宁片具有明显止咳、化痰和平喘作用。

ObjectiveTo observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of Guilong Kechuanning tablets. MethodsThe model of cough induced by ammonia liquor spray in mice was used to observe the antitussive effect;the model of phenel red execretion in mice was used to observe the expectorant effect. ResultsGuilong Kechuanning tablets could inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice and increase phenol red output of trachea in mice. ConclusionGuilong Kechuanning tabets has significant antitussive and expectorant effects.
