南五味子总三萜类化合物提取工艺的正交实验设计优化 被引量:6

摘要 目的筛选出提取南五味子总皂苷的最佳工艺。方法以正交试验设计为考察方法,以提取时间,乙醇浓度,溶媒用量,提取次数为因素,总皂苷含量为指标,UV法为含量测定方法,确定最佳提取条件。结果用乙醇浓度75%,溶媒用量12倍,提取时间60 min,提取次数3次效果最好。结论南五味子总皂苷工艺条件的提取工艺的优化,为南五味子总皂苷进一步研究提供参考。 ObjectiveTo optimize the best extraction technology of total triterpences in south Schizandra chinensis Baill. MethodsWith extraction time,ethanol concentration,solvent consumption,extraction times as affecting factors,and the total triterpences content as an indicator,UV method was used to optimize the extraction process of total triterpences from sehizancsa chinersis Baill by the orthogonal experiment. ResultsThe optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol 75% solued-liquid ratio 12,extraction time 60min,extracting times 3. ConclusionThe optimization for total triterpences in south Schizandra chinensis Baill extraction conditions provides reference for the further study of the herb.
