中学毕业班教师性别间职业紧张及心理健康的对比分析

Class of Graduation of Middle School Teachers' Gender,Occupation Stress and Mental Health Comparative Analysis

目的探讨职业紧张人群在相同职责条件下性别与职业紧张及心理健康的关系。方法以中学毕业班任职教师为对象进行职业紧张因素、缓解因素、心理健康等因素的研究。结果无论是否担任班主任,男性教师对工作相关因素控制程度、职务提升机会高于女性,而躯体不适、抑郁症、获得家庭支持是女性高于男性。在班主任教师中,男性的工作责任高于女性,而日常紧张感低于女性;在非班主任教师中,女性教师的工作负荷高于男性,而获得社会支持和心理卫生状况低于男性。结论在相同职责下性别对职业紧张及心理反应存在差异,女性的不良反应程度大于男性。

Objective To explore the tension in the same occupation population gender and occupation duties under tension and its relationship with mental health.Methods In class of graduation of middle school teachers working as the object of the occupation stress factors,mitigating factors,mental health and other factors.Results Regardless of whether or not the masters,male teachers on the job related factors control degree,job promotion opportunities than females,and physical discomfort,depression,family support was higher in females than in males.The teacher,male responsibility than females,and daily life stress than females;in non teacher,female teacher＇s work load is higher than the male,and the availability of social support and mental health status than men.Conclusion In the same responsibility under the gender on occupation stress and psychological reaction in the presence of differences,women＇s adverse reaction degree than men.
