女大学生人际交往状况及其与自尊关系的研究

Interpersonal Communication and Self-esteem of Female College Students

目的探讨女大学生人际交往状况及其与自尊的关系。方法采用人际交往综合量表了解女大学生人际交往状况,采用自尊量表了解女大学生自尊状况,并了解两者之间的关系。结果①女大学生人际交往状况总体得分较低,具有年级的差异性(t=4.43,P<0.01);②人际关系4个维度中,待人接物困扰不具有年级的差异性(t=0.97,P>0.05);③女大学生自尊表现具有年级的差异性(t=3.619,P<0.01);④人际关系困扰4个维度分别与自尊呈负相关(r=-0.411,-0.492,-0.213,-0.389;P<0.05)。结论女大学生人际困扰状况因年级而不同,自尊对人际关系有直接影响。

Objective To investigate the interpersonal communication situations of female college students and its relationship with self-esteem.Methods Self-esteem scale,integrated diagnostic relationships scale were administered to 480 female college students.Results ①The level of the total interpersonal relation of female college students was low.Significant difference was noted between different grades（t=4.43,P0.01）.②Among the four aspects of total interpersonal relationship,the trouble of way of deal with things had no significant difference between different grades（t=0.97,P0.05）.③Self-esteem of female college students had significant difference between different grades（t=3.619,P0.01）.④The trouble of the total interpersonal relation of female collegians had significantly negative relation with self-esteem（r=-0.411,-0.492,-0.213,-0.389;P0.05）.Conclusion different grade has different trouble in interpersonal relationship of female college students.Self-esteem has effect on interpersonal relations.
