Review of the Relationship between the Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) and Depression
摘要
本文综述了国内外关于抑郁障碍与脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)相关性的研究进展,并从抑郁障碍患者脑内和血清BDNF浓度、抗抑郁剂对抑郁患者脑内BDNF浓度的影响、抑郁患者BDNF下降的机制和BDNF下降与认知功能的关系等方面做了详尽阐述。
