Two anaesthesia ways use in the peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method comparison

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的2种麻醉方式的效果。方法：207例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为观察组（134例）和对照组（77例），观察组采取持续硬膜外麻醉联合喉罩通气下浅全麻方式，对照组采取持续硬膜外麻醉联合静脉强化方式。结果：观察组血流动力学变化、术中麻醉感受及术后恢复情况明显优于对照组田〈0．05）。结论：持续硬膜外麻醉联合喉罩通气下浅全麻是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的一种较好麻醉方式。

Objective： To explore the indication of the two anaesthesia ways use in the pefitoneoscope gallbladder excision method. Methods： 207 patients will been pefitoneeseope gallbladder excision method were divided randomly into the observation group （134 cases） and control group（77 cases）. The control group was applied for persistence epidural anesthesia compound vein fortify,the observation group took the persistence epidural anesthesia compound general anaesthesia by laryngeal mask. Results： The blood stream dynamics changes, operative reception and postoperative of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.
