激光联合血塞通治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效观察
摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞是常见的视网膜血管疾病,是由各种原因而造成视网膜中央静脉或其分支静脉阻塞,以视网膜静脉迂曲扩张,受累视网膜出血、渗出、水肿为主要特征的眼病,其病程较长,反复发作,患眼视力易于受损甚至因并发症而致盲。目前对其治疗无特效方案,因此积极探讨有效的治疗措施对视网膜静脉阻塞的防治有重要意义。我们用血塞通联合激光治疗50例患者,疗效显著,特报道如下。
