抑制素基因突变与卵巢早衰的关系 被引量：5

摘要 抑制素基因属于转化生长因子β超家族的一员。近年研究表明,抑制素对于调节女性卵泡发育和男性精子发生都存在潜在的生物学作用,并且与卵巢早衰以及卵巢和肾上腺肿瘤的发生有关。现就抑制素基因的生物作用、多态性及其与卵巢早衰的关系做一综述。
