摘要
采用溶胶–凝胶法在700℃和较短的煅烧时间下制备了钙钛矿结构的CaZrO3和不同浓度的Eu3+、Dy3+掺杂的CaZrO3纳米晶粉末,对合成产物的发光性质进行研究。结果表明:Eu3+掺杂的CaZrO3样品在590~630 nm之间有强的橙红光发射,在Eu3+掺量为5.0%(摩尔分数,下同)时发光强度达到最高值。Dy3+掺杂的CaZrO3样品分别在575 nm和485 nm处有强的黄光和蓝光发射,Dy3+的最佳掺量为2.0%,此时浓度猝灭现象不明显。Eu3+、Dy3+共掺的CaZrO3样品表现为Eu3+的发光,但其发光强度随着Dy3+掺量的增大出现荧光猝灭现象。
The CaZrO3 nanocrystal with a perovskite structure and the CaZrO3 samples doped with different mole fraction of Eu3+ and Dy3+ were prepared by sol–gel method at 700 ℃ and under a short calcining time.The luminescent properties of products were inves-tigated.The results indicate that the Eu3+-doped samples(Eu3+:CaZrO3) exhibit strong orange-red light emission from 590 to 630 nm.Furthermore,the luminescent intensity of the Eu3+:CaZrO3 sample doped with 5% in mole Eu3+ reaches the maximum value.The Dy3+-doped sample(Dy3+:CaZrO3) shows strong yellow and blue light emissions in 575 nm and 485 nm respectively.The optimal doping quantity of Dy3+ is 2.0% in mole and the concentration quenching of the 2.0%Dy3+:CaZrO3 sample is not obvious.The CaZrO3 samples co-doped with Eu3+,Dy3+exhibit the same luminescent feature with the Eu3+-doped sample,while the luminescence intensity of the sample occurs fluorescence quenching with the doping quantity of Dy3+ increased.
