摘要
目的了解老年男性前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的分布情况,并探讨空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂与PSA的相关性。方法回顾2010年来我院体检的2903名60岁及以上老年男性的PSA、FBG、血脂包括三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的水平资料,按照年龄分为6组,分析不同年龄组之间PSA的差异;并用多元线性回归分析各组FBG、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C与PSA的相关性。结果PSA水平随年龄增高呈上升趋势;60~64岁组的TG和LDL-C与PSA正相关,HDLC与PSA负相关(r=0.10,0.15,0.12,P〈0.05),其余各组上述指标与PSA不相关(P〉0.05);65~69岁组FBG与PSA负相关(r=0.10,P〈0.05),其余各组FBG与PSA不相关(P〉0.05)。结论PSA随年龄增长而升高,暂不能认为空腹血糖、血脂与PSA相关。
Objective To investigate the age distribution of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) and explore its correlation with fasting blood glucose(FBG)and lipid in the male elderly. Methods The levels of FBG, triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL C), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and PSA were reviewed in 2903 elderly men (aged ≥ 60 years) in our hospital. The subjects were classified into 6 groups by age, and PSA levels were compared among groups. The correlations of FBG, TG, LDL- C, HDL-C with PSA were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results The level of PSA had the trend to increase with age. Positive association of TG, LDL with serum PSA level, but negative correlation between HDL and serum PSA level were noted in the group aged 60-64 years (r=0.10, 0.15, 0.12, P〈0.05). In the group aged 66 69 years, there was negative relationship between FBG and serum PSA(r=0.10, P〈0.05). No relationship could be found in other groups (P〉0 . 05). Conclusions PSA level may increase with age, but without relation with FBG, TG, LDL -C and HDL- C.
