Summary and revelation of"2009·11·10"and"2011·2·4"blackouts in Brazil Power System

查阅了巴西电网运行部门对巴西"2009·11·10"和"2011·2·4"大停电事故调查报告,简要描述了这2次停电的事故过程,重点回顾了具有典型特征的"2009·11·10"巴西大停电的事故经过,通过对事故的发生、发展和恢复过程的描述及事故原因的分析,借鉴国外停电事故的经验教训,结合我国电网的实际情况,总结了对我国电网安全运行的启示。

Based on the survey report of ONS （National Power System Operator） in Brazil, ＂2009·11·10＂and ＂2011·2·4＂blackout are described. The pre-fauh condition, fault causes, spread and restoration process are analyzed. According to the summary of lessons and experience learned from these blackouts, recommendations are presented to improve security operation of power system in China.
