摘要
为了提高变电站电气设备运行测控水平,利用单晶硅太阳能电池及半导体温差发电模块为无线测温传感器持续提供电能,并对智能变电站高压设备的温度进行实时采集和处理。监控程序使用VC++.NET开发;图像的压缩及传输采用屏幕分格方法及霍夫曼压缩算法。实验结果表明:该系统能够实现变电站设备热缺陷的无线检测与远程实时监控、图像的无损压缩与实时传输:同时解决了连续阴雨天太阳能电池效率下降时变电站发热故障不能及时报警的问题。该系统为变电站高压设备发热的智能监控提供了技术支撑。
To improve the operation and monitoring level of the substation equipments, the monocrystalline silicon solar cells and thermoelectric generation modules is used to provide continuous power to wireless temperature sensors, which collect and process the real-time temperatures of high voltage substation equipments. The monitoring program is developed by VC++ .NET. The image compression and transmission are implemented with screen grid-division method and Huffman compression algorithm. The experiment results show that this system has the ability to implement real-time remote monitoring, lossless image compression and real-time image transmission. It also solves the problem of delayed alarm of overheat faults with reduced solar cell efficiency during the period of continuous rainy days. The system provides technical assurance to the intelligent supervising of high voltage substation equipments heating problem.
