核型集群的知识转移机理研究

Research on the Knowledge Transfer Mechanism of Core-structure Industrial Clusters

知识转移是使产业集群具有全球竞争力的关键因素。促进集群核心企业与外围企业间的知识转移,可以提升知识价值,使集群由低成本集群向创新型集群演进,使集群企业共同获取竞争优势。本文在文献回顾的基础上,重新界定了知识转移的概念,分析了核型集群知识转移的前提条件、过程和特征,并提出了核型集群知识转移影响因素模型及管理体系。

Knowledge transfer is the key factor making industrial clusters globally competitive.Acceleration of knowledge transfer between core enterprise and surrounding enterprise in clusters can raise knowledge value,make clusters involve from low-cost clusters to innovative clusters and clusters enterprises acquire competitive advantage together.Based on literature review,this paper defines the concept of knowledge transfer again,analyzes the precondition,course and feature of knowledge transfer of core-structure industrial clusters and constructs its affecting factor model and management system.
