面向大学生创新能力培养的借阅状态调查与分析 被引量:5

Investigation and Analysis on Borrowing Condition for Cultivating the Creative Ability of University Students

摘要 通过对在校大学生课外信息获取及借阅需求特点进行调查与分析,发现具有创新意识和创造力强的大学生和普通大学生课外读书的差异性,提示我们在工作中应支持鼓励创造性强的学生,带动和指引创造力弱的学生,从而使大学生整体创新素质得到提高和张扬。就高校图书馆如何加强大学生创新能力培养提出三点建议:重视大学生创新人格的培养,围绕创新开展馆藏资源建设,建立创新支持服务系统。 It's found that the difference between university students with creative consciousness and highly creative ability and average students by investigating and analyzing the means that students in campus obtain information after class and the characters of demanding books.It suggests us that we should attach importance to encourage students with highly creative ability,motivate and lead the rest,then creative attainment of the whole will be better and publicized.There are three ways concerning how to cultivating the creative ability of university students,value cultivating the creative personality of university students,carry out constructing the storage of library centralizing creativity,and build the creativity support service.
