摘要
用户流失管理对企业发展有着重要的意义,但信息用户流失问题尚未引起足够的重视。在信息服务特点分析的基础上,提出了有针对性的分析框架并对相关内容进行了详尽的讨论,同时开展了实证研究。
The management of churning customer has significant meaning for business development while churning problem of information user has not yet received enough attention.The paper proposed an analysis framework for churning research of information user based on characteristic analysis of information service.Furthermore,analysis methods have been discussed in detail and an empirical analysis is carried out.
