摘要
目的:探讨氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠道扁平隆起性病变的价值。方法:分析了应用德国ERBE公司生产的APC300型内镜专用氩气刀治疗胃肠道扁平隆起性病变的方法、效果。结果:全部75例患者术后3-6月胃肠镜复查均1次治愈,未出现穿孔、出血等并发症。结论:氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠道扁平隆起性病变具有使用方便、疗效明确、安全自如可靠等优点。
Objective：to discuss the value that the flat bulging pathological change of intestines and stomach is remedied by argon plasma coagulation.Method：to analyze the method,clinical requent when the flat bulging pathological change of intestines and stomach is remedied through the application specific argon knife of the APC300 type endoscope produced by Germany ERBE Company.Result：All 75 patients cured once after 3-6 months Endoscope follow_up and the complications such as perforation,hemorrhage,etc.did not occur. Conclusion：Used to remedy the flat bulging pathological change of intestines and stomach,the Argon plasma coagulation has advantages of operating freely,obvious curative effect,safety,reliability and so on.
