硫酸镁湿敷治疗血液透析穿刺处血液外渗的疗效观察与体会

目的:探讨用硫酸镁湿敷治疗血液透析穿刺处血液外渗疗效。方法:用无菌纱布侵入33%的硫酸镁中,纱布大于水肿范围,持续湿敷穿刺渗血处。结果:局部外诊血液吸收,肿胀消退。结论:利用33%硫酸镁湿敷血液透析穿刺处疗效及恢复时间明显优与冷热水湿敷。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of hemodialysis with magnesium sulfate wet compress the puncture site observation method of blood extravasation,invasion of 33%with sterile gauze magnesium sulfate,the gauze is greater than the scope of edema,continuous wet compress the blood at the puncture clinic,the results Absorbed into the blood outside the patient localized swelling subsided.Conclusion：The use of magnesium sulfate wet compress 33%of hemodialysis puncture and recovery time was significantly superior efficacy with hot and cold water wet compress.
