治疗慢性肾脏病的临床用药研究
摘要
终末期肾衰竭（end stage renal disease,ESRD）是各种肾脏疾病持续不愈、进行性恶化的最后阶段。慢性肾脏疾病是一个公共健康问题,采取各种合理措施延缓慢性肾脏疾病恶化至ESRD阶段,具有重要的临床意义及经济影响。本文比较ACEI、ARB单独或联合用药治疗慢性肾脏疾病的临床试验,运用系统评价的方法来评价不同治疗的疗效及安全性。
