母乳治疗哺乳期妇女乳头皲裂的几点临床体会

乳头皲裂是发生于哺乳期妇女的一种常见病,尤其是初产妇更容易发生。轻者乳头及乳晕表面有大小不等的裂口,重者糜烂渗液或渗血。疼痛剧烈,哺乳时尤甚。因此许多母亲常因害怕疼痛而减少哺乳次数,导致乳汁滞留,诱发乳腺炎,也是导致母乳喂养失败的原因之一。
