补血益母颗粒用于药物流产临床观察

药物流产后阴道出血量多、出血时间延长,不仅影响到妇女的正常生活,还增加了流产后感染的机会,且有5%～10%的不完全流产率和潜在的大出血危险,在一定程度上影响了药物流产的顺利开展。为了探寻一种缩短流产后出血时间、减少出血量且高效、安全、简便的方法,笔者采用中药补血益母颗粒辅助药物流产,并观察其疗效与安全性。
