转管炮主侧滚轮与回转体轴线相对位置对其受力影响研究 被引量:1

Study on Influence of Relative Position Between Main-Side Roller's Axis and Revolving Body's Rotary Center of Gatling Gun on Its Loading Condition

摘要 为了研究转管炮主侧滚轮轴线与回转体旋转中心相对位置对主滚轮和曲线槽之间驱动接触力的影响,运用牛顿第二定律对主滚轮以及机心组列写动力学方程,得出了接触力等表达式。对主滚轮轴线位置x0和侧滚轮轴线与半径方向的夹角γ进行分析,并对代表性的布局搭配进行了求解,得出了这两个参数对接触压力等的影响。计算结果表明:最优的布局是主侧滚轮轴线都经过回转体旋转中心,此时驱动接触力最小,且没有使转管炮发生复合弯曲的径向力;当不能满足都经过旋转中心时,应该使得x0和γ尽量小而且符号相反。 To research the influence of relative position between the main-side roller's axis and the revolving body's rotary center of the Gatling gun on the driving pressure force between the main roller and the cam curve slot,by use of the momentum moment theorem and Newtonr's second law,the dynamic equations were listed to express the main rollerr's rotary motion and the bolt groupr's longitudinal movement respectively.Thecontact force expressions were acquired.Analysis on the main roller axis position and the included angle between the axis of side roller and the radius direction were performed and the representative layout was solved.The influence of thetwo parameters on the contact force was obtained.The calculation results indicated that the best layout is that the main roller and side rollerr's axis all pass through the revolving bodyr's rotary center,in this status,the driving contact force is the minimum and there is no radial force to cause Gatling gunr's component to bend.When the requirement of the main-side axis passing through the rotary center is not satisfied simultaneously,it should make sure that and are as small as possible and their symbols should be opposite.
