摘要
针对新型自行火炮随动系统性能的快速检测需求,研制了一种原位检测设备。该设备不仅可以自动检测随动系统的电源、控制、反馈和连锁信号,而且能够自动输入激励信号,通过高精度数字式轴角变换器同步采集高低和方位角传感器输出的位置信息,经过数据分析处理后,可获得系统调速性能、调炮精度和调炮时间等性能指标。
To fulfill demands of quickly testing servo system of new self-propelled gun,a kind of testing instrument was developed based on in-situ testing technology.The instrument can not only automatically test the power signal,control signal,feedback signal and locked signal of the servo system,but also automatically input stimulating signals.The angle signals produced by servo systemsensor were sampled synchronously with the help of digital S/D converter.By means of data analysis and process,theservo system characteristics data,such as variable-speed,gun rotating accuracy,rotating time and so on,can be acquired.
