摘要
针对转管武器供输弹过程中枪弹的空间运动力学参数测量的特殊性,采用存储测试技术和微型化技术,设计了微体积的加速度测试系统,该系统以高集成度的MSP430系列单片机为控制核心,能在现场实时地记录枪弹在供输弹过程中的加速度变化规律。测试结果能够为供弹阻力矩的分析、弹链结构的优化设计提供参改。
Aimed at the particularity of space motion parameter measurement in the process of gunshot loading,memory measuring techniques and miniaturization design method were used to design the micro-volume acceleration measurement system.The system made use of highly integrated MSP430 as the control core of the system,and it can record the acceleration variation law of gunshot in real-time in the ramming process.The test results can provide the basis for the analysis of resistance moment of ammunition supply and the optimizing design of ammunition chain structure.
