摘要
利用理论分析和实弹射击试验研究相结合的方法,对某车载榴弹炮的射击密集度超差因素进行探讨研究。通过对某车载榴弹炮射击密集度超差因素进行摸排分析,得到了炮口初速和上架联接螺栓松动是该炮射击密集度超差的主要原因。为了验证摸排结果的正确性,利用所建立的炮口初速影响密集度模型和螺栓松动影响炮架刚度模型进行理论层面上的推断,通过密集度试验,其结果与理论预测值也基本一致。
By use of the method combined theoretical analysis with firing experiments,factors resulted from nonconformity of firing density of a truck-mounted howitzer were investigated.Based on possible enumerating factors,muzzle velocity error and looseness of attachment bolts used in upper carriage are the main factors which make firing density out of good status.In order to verify the correctness of the results, the model used in analyzing effects of muzzle velocity on firing density and the model used in calculating the structural stiffness due to looseness of bolts were all constructed to obtain the simulated results,and the further tested results of firing density are in good accordance with the theorypredicted data.
