锌精矿制酸沸腾炉焙烧硫铁矿的生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了佳宝矿业43.5kt/a锌冶炼烟气制酸装置改硫铁矿制酸情况。在保留原有净化、转化和干吸工序的基础上,对原料工序、沸腾炉、除尘排渣设备进行局部改造,以适应硫铁矿制酸工况。改造后制酸装置已稳定运行19个月时间,各项工艺指标均达到或超过设计值,目前最高产量达到250t/d,总转化率平均99.86%,尾气ρ(SO_2)平均406mg/m^3,3.5MPa、450℃蒸汽产量达到7.8t/h。 The revamping,from zinc concentrates roasting to pyrite roasting,and operation of Jiabao Mining Co.'s 43.5 kt/a sulphuric acid plant are described.Original cleaning section,conversion section,drying and absorption section were retained,and material section,fluidized-bed roaster and dust and slag removal equipment were revamped to adapt to the conditions of pyrite-based sulphuric acid production.The plant has operated stably for more than 19 months after revamping and every index reaches or exceeds design value,with highest production of 250 t/d,average conversion of 99.86%,average tail gas SO_2 concentration lower than 406 mg/m^3 and 7.8 t/h of 3.5MPa,450℃medium-pressure steam production.
