摘要
介绍了水管-热管复合式废热锅炉的结构和性能优势。水管-热管复合式废热锅炉在550~850℃高温区间采用水管换热面,在330~550℃低温区间采用热管换热面,在中、低压运行状况下,通过优化设计可保证水管换热面和热管换热面的管壁温度均高于烟气露点。目前水管-热管复合式废热锅炉已在秦皇岛双益磷化有限公司和青岛东方化工有限公司等硫铁矿制酸装置上稳定运行3~4年时间,为国内中、小型硫酸企业直接回收利用中、低压蒸汽提供了一种新途径。
Structure and performance advantages of integrated water pipe-heat pipe waste heat boiler are described. The waste heat boiler includes water pipe heat exchange area in 550-850℃high-temperature region and heat pipe heat exchange area in 330-550℃low-temperature region.The design was optimized to ensure that both wall temperature of water pipes and heat pipes was higher than flue gas dew point under operation condition of medium and low pressure.The waste heat boiler has operated stably for 3-4 years in pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants of Qinhuangdao Shuangyi Phosphorus Chemical Industry Co.and Qingdao East Chemical Industry Co.It provides a new way to recover medium-and low-pressure steam for medium and small sulphuric acid enterprises.
