营养液离子强度对烟草苗期矿质营养吸收与积累的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为阐述植烟土壤各种矿质养分和烟株吸收积累营养的相互关系,采用营养液培养的方法,研究了离子强度为0.0079、0.0159、0.0318、0.0635、0.127 mol/L的营养液,对烟草矿质养分的吸收与积累的影响。结果表明,随着离子强度从0.0079 mol/L提高到0.127 mol/L,烟草生长量呈抛物线型变化,在离子强度为0.0318 mol/L时烟株干物质积累量最大。随营养液离子强度的提高,烟草全株氮、磷含量逐渐增加;钾、锌、钙含量呈抛物线趋势变化,以离子强度为0.0318 mol/L时含量最高,低于或高于0.0318 mol/L,钾、锌、钙含量逐渐降低;镁、铜含量变化与营养液中离子强度的关系和钾、钙、锌等元素相似,而二者的转折点的离子强度分别为0.635 mol/L、0.0159 mol/L;锰含量总是随营养液离子强度的增加而减小,表现为拮抗关系。烟草全株氮、磷、镁、钾、钙、铜、锌等元素积累量均呈抛物线趋势变化,都是以离子强度为0.0318 mol/L达到最大值。 Effect of nutrient solution with ionic strength of 0.0079, 0.0159,0.0318, 0.0635, and 0.127 mol/L on mineral nutrients absorption and accumulation of tobacco were studied. Results showed that as ionic strength changed from 0.0079 mol/L to 0. 127 mol/L, tobacco biomass varied in a shape of parabola and peaked at 0.0318 mol/L of ionic strength. Content of N, P in tobacco increased with the increase of ionic strength. Content of K, Zn, and Ca changed in parabola as ionic strength increased and peaked at 0.0318 mol/L. When ionic strength was higher or lower than 0.0318 mol/L, content of K, Zn, and Ca decreased. Change of Mg and Cu content to ionic strength was similar as that of K, Zn, Ca, with peak value of 0. 635 mol/L and 0.0159 mol/L, respectively. Content of Mn decreased as ionic strength increased. The accumulations of N, P, Mg, K, Ca, Cu Mn, and Zn all varied in a shape of parabola and peaked at 0.0318 mol/L.
