韩国大学教育的近况和展望

Higher education and prospects in the Republic of Korea

20世纪90年代以来,韩国大学数量快速上升,但是这种数量的上升并不意味着教育质量的上升,同时还面临一些问题,例如随着出生率的降低大学生的数量也逐渐减少,国际化现象所带来的教育市场的变化,信息化社会所带来的多种教育形态的出现,经济的影响,以及对大学的相关社会性认识的变化等,韩国社会一直要求寻找解决的办法,韩国大学今后应该恰当解决这些问题,同时谋求教育质量的提高。

Whereas the number of Korean universities grows rapidly since the 1990s,the quality of education remains questionable.Efforts are being made to find solutions to such factors as the reduction of students,effects of globalization to the market changes,diversified education forms due to information technology,economic influences,and changing understandings of universities.The quantity and quality need to be sustained of the Korean education,the tendency of handling college issues as political issues,and the overemphasis on college degrees need solutions.
