应用三柱理论治疗尺桡骨远端骨折

目的三柱理论指导下应用LCP—DRP（locking compression plate -distal radius plate）治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折并评估其疗效。方法自2009年6月至2011年6月，根据腕关节三柱理论，采用LCP—DRP治疗83例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折。结果本组病例随访时间6—24个月，平均13．9个月。所有骨折均获得愈合，时间为6～8周，平均7周。其中优57例、良22例、可4例、差0例，优良率达95．1％。结论粉碎性尺桡骨远端骨折，稳定腕关节三柱结构是得到良好预后的可靠的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of treating comminuted fractures of distal radius by three - column theory. Methods 83 cases of distal radius comminuted fractures were treated with LCP - DRP. Results Of the 83 cases, all were followed up from 6 -24 months （averaging 13.9months）. 57 Excellent, 22 good, 4 fair. Conclusion The fixation of three column construction is important to distal radius comminuted fractures.
