摘要
集群装备维修保障需求优先级评估是战时集群装备维修保障决策的前提和基础。通过对集群装备维修保障需求的分析和量化,依据多属性决策理论和方法,建立了集群装备维修保障需求优先级评估的属性集和模型,把战损装备的客观信息与决策者的主观权重偏好信息有机集成,并通过示例介绍了集群装备抢修排序的求解过程。研究结果表明,该方法是可行有效的,能够为装备指挥员提供辅助决策信息,提高战时装备维修保障决策的效率。
Equipment maintenance support requirement priority assessment is the basis of equipment maintenance support decision-making in wartime.Through analyzing equipment maintenance support requirement,the attribute set and model of equipment maintenance support requirement priority assessment were established based on Multiple Attribute Decision Making(MADM).The objective information of battlefield damage equipments and the subjective information of weights given by decision-makers were integrated,and the process of solution was given by an example.The results of case study show that the method is feasible and effective,elevating the efficiency of equipment maintenance support decision-making.
