摘要
火电厂烟囱属于圆锥形连续变截面结构,多采用液压提模系统施工.应用ANSYS有限元软件,针对液压提模系统操作架在施工过程中的各种荷载工况,模拟研究将每次施工高度由1.5 m提高至1.8 m时该系统的受力变形规律,确定了系统内起控制作用的薄弱构件位置,提出了液压提模操作架结构的设计建议,为该类结构的工程应用提供了理论基础.
Cone-shaped chimney of power plant is a continuous variable cross-section structure,and its construction adopts hydraulic pressure elevate form system.This paper use finite element software ANSYS to calculate the load cases during the construction of the system.The regularity of the variations of the forces and deformations are studied during the systems’ elevating from 1.5 m to 1.8 m.The primary frame effects the whole system is located.Some design advises are given to provide theoretical basis to the application of the system.
