产业转型升级背景下广州构建现代高职教育体系的策略研究

Study of Strategy for Building Guangzhou Modern Higher Vocational Education System under the Background of Industry Transformation and Upgrading

建立完善的高职教育体系,是适应当前我国经济社会发展状况,培养高素质技能型专门人才,贯彻落实终身教育理念的必然要求。构建适应广州现代产业体系的现代高职教育体系,应在明确政策法规和指导思想的基础上,结合广州实现产业结构转型升级的背景,界定现代高职教育体系的内涵,厘清其层次与类别,并做好同其他教育体系的相互衔接。

It is inevitable to build perfect higher vocational education system for adapting to contemporary economic and social development,for training special talents of higher quality and excellent skills,and for implementing life-long education.To build such a system,the following should be done on the basis of clarifying regulations,laws and guiding policy： defining the connotation of modern higher vocational education system,clarifying its level and classification,as well as the interrelation with other education systems according to the background of industry transformation and upgrading.
